In televisione si vedono spesso politici e cuochi che si improvvisano in ruoli di medici o attori, ma dove sono finiti i veri attori? Forse quando ero più giovane, la televisione era piena di attori che ci facevano ridere ma che ci facevano anche riflettere. Adesso, invece, sembriamo essere dominati da politici e cuochi.
Spero davvero di non dover vedere mai più cuochi o politici che si improvvisano anche musicisti in televisione, ma ovviamente parlo solo di questo video in particolare.
Vorrei sottolineare una frase di Cannavacciuolo, che durante la preparazione di una ricetta inglese, suggeriva di mischiare l'aglio con il latte. Questa combinazione è spesso usata dagli inglesi per fare il "Garling Bread", una sorta di bruschetta italiana ma molto diversa dalla versione italiana.
Tra i vari chef che vediamo in televisione, uno dei miei preferiti è Max Mariola. Apprezzo molto il fatto che ci metta davvero il cuore in quello che fa, e Cannavaccioolo mi ricorda tanto Bud Spencer, il mio attore preferito di sempre.

On television, we often see politicians and chefs improvising in the roles of doctors or actors, but where have the real actors gone? Perhaps when I was younger, television was full of actors who made us laugh but also made us reflect. Now, however, it seems that we are dominated by politicians and chefs.
I really hope to never see chefs or politicians who also improvise as musicians on television again, but of course I am only referring to this particular video.
I would like to highlight a phrase from Cannavacciuolo, who suggested mixing garlic with milk during the preparation of an English recipe. This combination is often used by the English to make "Garling Bread," a sort of Italian bruschetta but very different from the Italian version.
Among the various chefs we see on television, one of my favorites is Max Mariola. I really appreciate the fact that he puts his heart into what he does, and Cannavacciuolo reminds me so much of Bud Spencer, my all-time favorite actor.
