Its summer season here in India and alomst all the cities may it be in the nothern, western or soutern region all of them are recording daytime highs between 40°C and 44°C, while southern and coastal cities range between 25°C and 35°C. In brief, there is a heatwave going across many regions, and we need to be extra careful during the next 9 days which from today till 2nd June. Also these days are called - Nopatapa (नौतपा) is a traditional Indian term referring to the 9 hottest days of summer. What is important during these 9 days is to stay hydrated, avoiding direct sunlight during peak hours [12 PM to 5 PM] avoid going outside as much as possible, and taking proper precautions can help us stay safe and healthy.
