If this is the attitude then I think it only hampers their own growth, because blaming is easy but accepting our part requires maturity, courage, and honesty. This motivational story - "Stop BLAMING OTHERs..." is all about taking the responsibility & growing stronger. In the story we have Reema who is bright, confident, and full of dreams but then she had one habit that followed her everywhere: she always blamed others when things went wrong.
If she failed an exam, she blamed the teacher hadn’t explained the topic properly. If she missed the bus, she blamed her mother took too long packing lunch. If a friend got upset, she’d say, “It’s not my fault, they’re too sensitive. Do you see how the blaming game is being played by Reema?
