This is one of the research work I did sometimes ago. I was given a topic to research on "Alopecia". Alopecia is the lost of hair when the immune system attack hair follicles, the major cause of this disease are medication and stress. Though, not all bard head people have this disease as we know that most of the bard head are hereditary.
The major symptoms of this disease is that, when using comb to brush your hair, you will see many hairs on the comb or brush. This may cause total lost of hair but not leukemia. Prevention is better than cure. It si better to find ways of preventing your hair rather than lost it and started finding the cure.
Infact what I want to tell you will not only help you in the Regrowth of hair but also preventing your from losing your hair. I love a lady who have long hair not one with bald head. It is disgusting for a lady to have have bard head.
This research work gave me opportunity to work with some young men and women who experienced lost of hair. This is where I discovered that someone who inherited this would be difficult to grow back unless he undergo hair transplant surgery. Most of the ladies got their hair back after 9 months but few of the men who were not inherited but lost their hair as a result of stress and medication got it back after 1 month. Forget about hair transplant; this method works unless you inherited it. Even though you inherited it you can still try it.
The Following are best hair regrowth and prevention of alopecia:
• Stress Management: Stress is associated to physical and psychological problems. Stress has made many lost their lives, it has made some people to make wrong decision that led to destruction of properties and even death. Stress is a general sign that every individual should know how to manage his/her stress level. One thing I know is that, everyone has stress but management of stress varies. The way am managing my stress is different from the way other manage their own. But one thing I will tell you is to 'practice what will help you manage your stress'.
The environment you leave, the nature of your work, friends and family can be a determinant for your health and stress. Therefore, you should learn how you can manage your stress so that you will enjoy your life to the fullest.
These are the ways I managed my stress;
I forgive those that offend me and smile always. This are my best antidotes to manage stress. When I forgive; my body temperature, pulse rate and heart beat came back to normal. Because when someone offended me everything rise up which will also affect my blood pressure. Smiling during challenges not only reduced stress but also reduced your reaction in the face of challenges and give you boldness without agitated or fear.
• Diet: Diet is one of the factors that helps your hair grow and also give nutrients to your hair follicles. I prescribed food to eat for them. I prescribed different foods which are:
Fresh fruits and vegetables: hair also determine your health. The cells for each strand require diet and good nutrition to grow. If a child is not feeding well, you can recognize it by the result of the hair in his head or body. Vegetables and fruits have good benefits as the contain chemical that enhance hair growth and skin glow. The also contain vitamins that are very important to grow and maintain your hair.
Protein foods: Hair is made up of protein. It is paramount if you want your hair to grow, proteinous foods are very vital. Iron should also be added because if there is insufficiency supply of iron in the body, it affects nutrients supply to hair follicles.
• Good Sleep: I work hard and also have time to sleep. Ask people that are suffering from insomnia, they will tell you how much stress they are experiencing. Not having a good sleep is a stress because your brain and body is not going to settle.
Stop overboard yourself with unnecessary thinking: some people blood pressure rise to 170/130 overnight because they want to make money or because they missed the opportunity. Instead of enjoying your sleep, you are disturb yourself with thinking.
• Exercise: though stress must come but I do advice my people to take part in exercise activities they love most. I like playing and watching football. It gives me pleasure, therefore I watches and plays football. This is my best sport activities. You can also look for the one you like and participate. Walk with people that can help you situation not worsen it. That is people with positive mindset.
