Conclusioni: Personalmente vedo questa azione della SEC come un ennesimo tentativo di ridimensionare un tipo di finanza che potrebbe destabilizzare la finanza classica. In un momento di Bear market come questo, inoltre penso che sia facile fare leva sull'emotività degli investitori e sulla sfiducia che un'azione come questa può generare. Penso, e spero, che Binance e Paxos non si lascino prendere alla sprovvista dalla SEC, e che possano dimostrare ai loro investitori quanto possa essere forte la finanza decentralizzata nonostante il mondo centralizzato cerchi in tutti i modi di fermarla.

Conclusions: Personally, I see this action by the SEC as yet another attempt to downgrade a type of finance that could destabilise classical finance. At a time of a bear market like this one, I also think it is easy to appeal to investors' emotions and the distrust that an action like this can generate. I think, and hope, that Binance and Paxos will not be taken aback by the SEC, and that they will be able to show their investors how strong decentralised finance can be despite the centralised world trying hard to stop it.
