Come di consueto oggi vi porto dentro una nuova Anteprima di un articolo che fra qualche giorno o settimana vedrete Nella Mente di un SerialFiller, il mio blog interamente incentrato sul mondo delle serie tv e di cui, da qualche mese, ho deciso di regalarvi costantemente, in anticipo su quello che pubblicherò, gran parte dei post che vedrete su www.serialfiller.org.
Continua la cavalcata verso il finale di serie per Peaky Blinders. Dopo avervi raccontato i primi 2 episodi dello show oggi vi parlo del terzo episodio della magnifica serie che potrete trovare anche su netflix fino alla stagione 5

Nel terzo episodio quel discorso non viene interrotto ma cambia interlocutori.
Non sarà Tommy a fare da collante fra il mondo politico, imprenditoriale e criminale e quella che in quegli anni è stata la corrente nazionalpopolare che avrebbe portato allo sterminio di milioni di ebrei ed alla seconda guerra mondiale ma sarà sua sorella Ada, Ada Thorne a dirigere l'orchestra nera.
Ada, Ada Thorne, riluttante a seguire gli affari di famiglia verrà chiamata al difficile compito di dividersi fra oppio, scommesse e affari illeciti ma, soprattutto, a quello di connettere fra loro gli americani (Nelson) e i britannici "neri" (Mosley).
La socialista Ada si scontrerà con l'impetuosa e cavalcante ondata antisemita che, a detta dei suoi stessi interpreti, porterà ad una purificazione che potrebbe, però, risparmiare i Gipsy.
L'eleganza, la classe e l'intelletto della più colta e progressista degli Shelby potrebbe essere quella ulteriore sfumatura che porterà i negoziati a risvolti attualmente impredicibili.
L'intervento di Ada è reso necessario dalle condizioni di salute preoccupanti di Ruby, figlia di Tommy, la quale è affetta da Tubercolosi, malattia letale e contagiosa che scatenerà gli istinti più primordiali in Thomas.
Quello che vediamo in "Gold" è un Tommy Shelby indifeso, impreparato, sconvolto.
Di fronte all'ineluttabile ed all'imprescrutrabile, Tommy reagirà provando a sottoscrivere un patto con entità sfuggenti ed invisibili, che oggigiorno chiameremmo mistiche, convinto che, anche di fronte alla morte, si possa stringere un qualche patto di reciproca convenienza.
Il suo vagare lo porterà lontano dalla figlia morente e verso montagne scoscese e deserte, in cerca dell'altra sorella perduta Esme.
L'oro vestirà una funzione salvifica doppia.
Da un lato i sali d'oro potrebbero essere la cura per Ruby, dall'altro i lingotti d'oro potrebbero essere la moneta con cui pagare Esme e rigettare ogni maledizione gitana.
Il finale ci svelerà, metaforicamente, che non basterà tutto l'oro del mondo per frenare madre natura in tutta la sua spietata furia omicida.
Arrivati a metà stagione Peaky Blinders ha saputo devastare noi spettatori ed il suo protagonista, lanciandoci verso gli ultimi 3 episodi della serie che si preannunciano squisitamente incerti ed imprevedibili.

As usual, today I bring you a new Preview of an article that in a few days or weeks you will see in the Mind of a SerialFiller, my blog entirely focused on the world of TV series and of which, since a few months, I decided to give you constantly, in advance of what I will publish, most of the posts you will see on www.serialfiller.org.
The ride towards the series finale for Peaky Blinders continues. After having told you about the first 2 episodes of the show, today I'm going to talk about the third episode of the magnificent series that you can also find on Netflix until season 5.

In the third episode that speech is not interrupted but changes interlocutors.
It will not be Tommy to act as a glue between the political, business and criminal world and what in those years was the national-popular current that would lead to the extermination of millions of Jews and the Second World War but it will be his sister Ada, Ada Thorne to conduct the black orchestra.
Ada, Ada Thorne, reluctant to follow the family business will be called to the difficult task of dividing between opium, gambling and illegal business but, above all, to connect the Americans (Nelson) and the British "blacks" (Mosley).
The socialist Ada will clash with the impetuous and riding anti-Semitic wave that, according to its own interpreters, will lead to a purification that could, however, spare the Gipsy.
The elegance, the class and the intellect of the most cultured and progressive of the Shelby's could be that further nuance that will bring the negotiations to currently unpredictable outcomes.
Ada's intervention is made necessary by the worrying health conditions of Ruby, Tommy's daughter, who is suffering from Tuberculosis, a lethal and contagious disease that will unleash the most primal instincts in Thomas.
What we see in "Gold" is a helpless Tommy Shelby, unprepared, upset.
Faced with the inescapable and the indestructible, Tommy will react by trying to make a pact with elusive and invisible entities, which nowadays we would call mystical, convinced that, even in the face of death, some kind of pact of mutual convenience can be made.
His wandering will take him away from his dying daughter and towards steep and deserted mountains, in search of his other lost sister Esme.
Gold will wear a dual saving function.
On the one hand, the gold salts could be the cure for Ruby; on the other, the gold bars could be the currency with which to pay Esme and reject any gypsy curse.
The finale will reveal, metaphorically, that not all the gold in the world will be enough to curb Mother Nature in all her ruthless murderous fury.
Halfway through the season, Peaky Blinders has been able to devastate us viewers and its protagonist, launching us towards the last 3 episodes of the series that promise to be exquisitely uncertain and unpredictable.
