Another interesting news comes from the world of cryptocurrencies. One of those moves that aim to unite or, if you like, mix, the crypto world with the traditional one. Circle, one of the leading companies in the world of StableCoins, has announced the launch of the initial public offering of 24,000,000 ordinary shares of Class A. This announcement took place on May 27, 2025. So, after Coinbase's entry into the stock market, today we have the second company linked to the world of cryptocurrencies that is interested in going public.

Personal conclusions

I find this news from Circle very interesting. Coinbase was the first company in the crypto sector to go public. Now Circle, a stablecoin issuing company, will do the same thing. I believe that the two worlds, that of crypto finance and that of traditional finance, have started to mix. From here on I expect there to be an increasingly efficient connection between the two worlds.

Ripple faced a long legal battle with the SEC and in the end it all ended. In October 2024, XRP had a sudden increase in price, in a few days it went from a value of $0.54 to $3.02. The amazing result is on an annual basis. If we compare the current price of XRP with that of 12 months ago, we will notice a performance of +377%

JUP has made almost a -50%. JUP is the token that is the basis of the Jupiter project. Jupiter is a decentralized exchange that runs on SOLANA. This exchange enjoys a certain popularity and in my opinion the best DeFi platforms of Solana are Raydium and Jupiter. This 50% annual drop could be a buying opportunity, I would be curious to know what you think about it.

Arriva dal mondo delle criptovalute un’altra notizia interessante. Una di quelle mosse che mirano a unire o se vogliamo, a miscelare, il mondo crypto con quello tradizionale. Circle, una delle aziende leader del mondo delle StableCoin, ha annunciato il lancio dell'offerta pubblica iniziale di 24.000.000 di azioni ordinarie di classe A. Questo annuncio è avvenuto il 27 maggio 2025. Quindi, dopo l’ingresso in borsa di Coinbase, oggi abbiamo la seconda azienda legata al mondo delle criptovalute che è interessata a quotarsi in borsa.

Conclusioni personali

Questa notizia di Circle la trovo molto interessante. Coinbase è stata la prima azienda del settore crypto a quotarsi in borsa. Ora anche Circle, azienda emittente di stablecoin, farà la stessa cosa. Io credo che i due mondi, quello della cripto finanza e quello della finanza tradizionale, abbiano iniziato a mischiarsi. Da qui in poi mi aspetto che ci sia un collegamento sempre più efficiente tra i due mondi.

Ripple ha affrontato una lunga battaglia legale con la SEC ed alla fine il tutto si è concluso. Ad ottobre del 2024 XRP ha avuto un aumento repentino del prezzo, in pochi giorni è passato dal valore di 0,54$ a 3,02$. Il risultato stupefacente è in base annua. Se andiamo a rapportare il prezzo attuale di XRP con quello di 12 mesi fa, noteremo una performance del +377%

JUP ha fatto quasi un -50%. JUP è il token che è alla base del progetto Jupiter. Jupiter è un exchange decentralizzato che gira su SOLANA. Questo exchange gode di una certa popolarità e secondo me le migliori piattaforme DeFi di Solana sono Raydium e Jupiter. Questo calo del 50% annuale potrebbe essere un'occasione di acquisto, sarei curioso di sapere cosa ne pensate voi a riguardo.
