I have chosen this photo because it shows a work in progress to create something unique, fresh and nice (Pasta).
Yesterday afternoon I have finally managed to have a conversation with only two of the many Italians here on HIVE to put down some ideas of how we could improve our community in order to bring more Italians on-board and how to be more compact.
I have proposed myself as Italian Community Leader but to start my new role I would like to share with you what I have in my mind and what I have discussed yesterday with 
After few discussions we have drafted some ideas that I would like to share with you in order to have more ideas and to have your constructive comments about those. I have highlighted constructive as if you think one or all the ideas are not working... please write down a comment and tell me 1- what you don't like! 2- What would you improve! 3- How you would improve it. I will be happy to discuss about it later on.
So in order I will tell you the ideas that yesterday were partially agreed between me, Carlo and Fede but I repeat again they can be modified if not suitable for the majority of us.
On-boarding new Italians:

As said we will have to on-board more people but we were discussing also about how we could help each other. At the moment we are using Olio di Balena as main channel where to publish Italian posts. We had an idea on how to improve our community and are related to two things... There will be a new account created that will be the main account that will curate the posts on ODB (Olio di Balena) and it could be done giving equal upvotes to every users in order to don't have jealousy or problems between users but because I was thinking to add a Taxation in place on ODB it could be from 1 to 5% of every post income, this then would be given to those users that have been writing good posts... let's make an example, I will write a post that has 100 words and 1 photo... I will share my earning giving the 5% fees to ODB and then, MANUALLY selected by some curators, the person that has written more in a post will receive a bigger share of those 5% collected so if someone has written a good post with 1000 words for example, then this person will receive a share of those taxes in order to incentivate people. Clearly I will not receive anything as I haven't written enough and I will be ok with it. This is just an idea that we can discuss.
The other idea is to create a Token that will not be able to be purchased in order to don't have WHALES from day 1. This token can only be received writing posts or comments in ODB channel. Then you could use this token to receive a bigger upvote on a post like TIPU but you will use a token that will have to be sent to the main account in oder to receive an upvote.
Meeting
We would like to invite you to take part to our fist meeting that will be held on Discord at this address and we were thinking to do a voice session on Friday the 3rd of July at 6 (UTC+1). Bear in mind that this will be held in Italian at this stage but I will be happy to discuss with whoever would like to help us in English of course.

Ciao a tutti ragazzi, ho scelto la foto di sopra proprio perche' mi ha fatto pensare ai lavori in corso e quindi quando si crea la pasta all'uovo da zero... non so penso che tutti noi amiamo la pasta e quindi mi e' sembrato carino da utilizzare.
Ieri ho avuto modo di parlare con
Mi sono proposto come Leader della comunita' Italiano ma per iniziare il mio ruolo vorrei prima condividere con voi cosa ho in testa a di cosa abbiamo discusso ieri pomeriggio.
Dopo alcune discussioni abbiamo abbozzato alcune idee che vorrei condividere in modo tale da averne altre da parte vostra ed in modo da avere commenti costruttivi. Ho sottolineato costruttivi perche' se pensate che una o addirittura tutte le idee non vadano bene allora vorrei un commento dove mi diciate:
1- Cosa non ti piace;
2- Cosa dovremmo modificare;
3- Cosa faresti per migliorarle.
Felicissimo di discutere a tal proposito.
Quindi in ordine vi diro' alcune idee che sono state in parte e non del tutto accettate da noi 3 ma vi ripeto che possono essere modificate se non vanno bene per la maggior parte di noi.
Attirare gente

Cosa dovrebbe fare il leader ed il suo staff?
Come detto prima dobbiamo attrarre altre persone ma dobbiamo anche parlare di come potremmo aiutarci tutti. Al momento stiamo usando Olio di Balena come channel principale per pubblicare i nostri posts Italiani. Abbiamo avuto un'idea su come migliorare la nostra community e cioe' ci sara' un account unico che curera' i post scritti su ODB (olio di balena) e questo potrebbe farlo dando voti uguali a ciasciun utente in modo da non avere gelosie o problemi tra utenti (la % protrebbe cambiare in futuro a seguito dell'aumentare degli utenti) MA poiche' stavamo pensando ad una tassazione da utilizzare su ODB che potrebbe essere dall'1 al 5% per ciascun post, questi soldi verranno presi e verranno messi da parte. Manualmente verranno controllati i vari posts e verranno inviati dei tips in base al post. Faccio un esempio... io scrivo un post con una foto e 100/200 parole, verro' tassato del 5% del mio income e questo verra' dato all'account principale di ODB. Verra' fatta una curation e quindi chi avra' scritto dei posts buoni con che ne so 1000 2000 parole oppure chi avra' fatto un video dove chiaramente con video di registrazione, editing, pubblicazione etc... avra' speso del tempo, e' giusto che questa persona si prenda il 5% del mio income perche' io alla fine ho solo scritto pochissimo insieme ad una semplice foto. Cioe' si valutera' la qualita' ed il tempo speso a scrivere quel post in modo oggettivo. Questa e' solo un'idea che potra' essere sempre discussa in seguito.
Un'altra idea e' quella di creare un TOKEN che non potra' essere venduto in modo da evitare che si formino subito delle balene dal primo giorno. Questo token potra' essere solo ricevuto scrivendo posts o commenti su ODB. In seguito potresti usare questo token per ricevere un voto piu' importante come viene fatto con TIPU CURATE. L'unica differenza e' che per ricevere questo token bisognera' inviare i token. Faccio un esempio... scrivi posts e commenti? Ricevi X tokens... li accumuli e quando volete ricevere un voto piu' grande potete mandare tipo transfer questi tokens all'account generale che vi dara' un voto piu' alto.
Questa e' sempre un'idea che potremmo discutere tutti insieme.
