Go to C/Photogames to play some games.
My week being a "PhotoStar" is over but a new week with 4 other PhotoStars has just begun and they're giving away Hive and PhotoGames points that will go towards winning a decent amount of HBD

THIS IS MY EDIT
- I focused on getting rid of the people with some cropping and then healing as best as I could on Lightroom (i don't own photoshop)
- Giving it a vibrant colorful contrasted look.
- And then getting rid of the dust spots
Took me about 5 minutes (which is longer than I'd spend on a normal picture)
HONORABLE MENTIONS
- One of my favorite stylistic edits. Meaning an editing style I don't personally do but i can appreciate
- It has nice skies
- Dust and people are gone
- I like the contrast levels
- A great color set in general
- A good amount of contrast which is appealing to me
- Took out the people on the rocks which i love but I can see a bit of a bright spot
- But left in the dust spots which bother me

- My second favorite of the silly fun artsy photoshop jobs. (Second runner up was
for this category)
- but besides the crazy editing aspects he did it really well to make the idea of sunrise and milkyway work together. Changing the colors to be cooler like at night. So it was very very well executed and was my top of the honorable mentions.
SECOND PLACE

- This gets the award for the top edit that I never knew I wanted... meaning an edit I would have never considered even wanting letting alone trying. And yet I love it and I know it's likely a filter done on some program but i still love it.
- and they still cropped and mitigated the people and dust
FIRST PLACE

I opened my favorites in a separate window where i couldn't see the user names and then decided on this one because it was the cleanest image that is most about the scene without the edit getting in the way. To me it transports the user to the PLACE and not into the EDIT. I can appreciate fun edits but I loved this one because it makes the location the hero.
- It removes the people very well
- I do notice after the fact it has the dust spots and that bugs me but they are somehow less pronounced because the contrast levels are likely down a bit.
- Maybe with a ton of submissions with high contrast this one stood out with a more moderate amount... and I usually like higher contrast but sometimes it pays to stand out when you're playing a competitive game.
