Hello lovers. I want to tell you a little about my cousin and also do a little bit of showcasing his talent with you. Tochi is a talented young man who should be in session in the university where he is studying, but is stuck at home due to a strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Universities. (ASUU) and he hates it so much. He is an artist but he doesn't really think so. I remember the first time I saw something he had drawn, they were such amazing illustrations and I had no idea that such talent existed in my family. I praised him, told him how good he was and how much potentials he could unlock if he kept at it.
He would draw sometimes and send some as gifts to my brothers and I would be so proud. He was really good at cartoon illustrations and 3D arts.
Well, he was a teenager with a lot to do so he soon stopped drawing. My cousin is a creative who is also very good at dancing and I think he preferred dancing to drawing, because drawing won't have the girls cheering him when he's on the stage making his moves. 😂😂
LIFE CYCLE OF A LADYBUG.
My cousin and I don't meet very often but it is always nice when we do, he is very funny, him and his brother and they would always make everyone laugh. We were together recently and he had to help my little cousin with her homework; they were asked to illustrate the life cycle of a Ladybug. Her mom asked me to help her as I always did with her other crafty home works, but unfortunately(and I say this with heaviness in my heart) I am no artist, but I am in my alternate reality. I promise.
So my cousin had to do it as he is the artist of the house. It took him about five to six hours to get them done. It was fun because whenever he was done with one piece, he would run up to my room to show me that he was finished. He likes my compliments and validation and I'm glad my words have such impact in him. He is a sweetheart and I am rooting for him to find his drive and place in this world. He deserves all the joy he brings other people.
The past few weeks we spent together was great and it has brought us closer. He is a largely misunderstood but he is really just a sweet boy and a young adult.
I encouraged him to always be himself and keep putting his foot forward, whether it is his best foot or not.
I have his full permission to share these photos, he is excited about it actually. I have also taken the liberty to watermarking these photos with his initials because every artist and creator deserves their credit.
I took and edited the photos myself using my iPhone XR camera.
THANK YOU ALL FOR VIEWING AND READING ABOUT MY COUSIN.
