Hello, hello friends đ
Today I want to share some reflections that this whole entrepreneurship journey has been leaving me with. Yes⊠a full-on grown-up topic đ
A few months ago, I decided to start a business with my boyfriend, and although itâs been an incredible experience, itâs also been a huge challengeâone I hadnât felt ready to talk about until now. Because, honestly, there are some things we should never take for granted.
Entrepreneurship forces you to set clear goals and have a solid plan in hand. I feel like weâve been given a piece of land, the tools⊠and now itâs time to start cultivating with just the basics we know. We plow, we fix up the land, and just when you think everythingâs readyâbam!âa water pipe bursts. You fix it, and then it starts raining. And so it goes, over and over. Itâs like climbing nonstop, ha, ha, ha.
Itâs a day-and-night job, but along the way Iâve realized something interesting: my former bosses, even with established companies and all their equipment, didnât have everything figured out either. And then it hit meâweâre all improvising. Iâd heard that before, but living it is a whole other story.
Iâm not going to romanticize itâitâs been an adventure full of doubts. The road is just beginning, but knowing youâre working for yourself, for your goals, and for your future adds an extra dose of motivation to everything.
Today I understand and applaud everyone running their own business. I now get why having a job can feel âcomfortable,â even if it still requires effort and energy. My respects to all of you. đ
Iâm closing this week with a new challenge ahead but also with the satisfaction of crossing one more task off the list. Thatâs how it goesâday by day. Wishing you all a lovely and restful weekend.
AsĂ dĂa a dĂa.
