My exams are near, and I've been so nervous and worried. I've literally had so many breakdowns, but then I thought, Why worry? Be happy. Reading while sad is only going to make it worse. I decided to be positive about it and be happy (all is gonna be fine at last).
Se acercan mis exámenes y he estado muy nerviosa y preocupada. Literalmente, he tenido tantos ataques de nervios, pero luego pensé: ¿Por qué preocuparse? Sé feliz. Leer estando triste sólo va a empeorar las cosas. Decidí ser positiva al respecto y alegrarme (por fin todo va a salir bien).
Now, it isn't just about preparing for an exam. One might be passing through a tough problem. Being bothered won't bring the solution, actually. It's not bad to look for the solution while being happy. Don't be so stressed out (it's really draining). Don't let anything steal your joy 🙃.

No se trata sólo de prepararse para un examen. Uno puede estar pasando por un problema difícil. Estar molesto no traerá la solución, en realidad. No es malo buscar la solución estando contento. No estés tan estresado (es realmente agotador). No dejes que nada te robe la alegría 🙃.
