While not large at all, the city of Pazin is definitively much more than what you'll see in the post.
These shots are just about some buildings on the edge of the city.
Most of them are relatively modern.
Most but not all.
This lovely piece of architecture is there since 1913.
The building shown in this photograph, adds a nice dose of vivid yellow to the grayish atmosphere of the typical winter day.
And that's it.
It isn't much else I can tell you about these buildings, the cloudy weather, and the city.
I mean, there could be more to say, if I weren't in such a lazy mood. I'm too sleepy today to talk about Pazin, so I outsourced most of the talking to the picture that can say more than a thousand words. Or so the saying says.
I spent the afternoon driving around the peninsula on the 29th of December 2022. I did it because I like to do things I like the most on my birthday. Yes. I was celebrating my birthday with two good friends in the car. We were driving around with no particular destination in mind. Places we visited were decided along the way. It was more about driving, talking, joking, and listening to the music from the car stereo, more than anything else. But we did a few stops, and I took a bunch of photographs. The weather was dull and gray. The winter atmosphere and the state nature is currently in, with all those muted colors and barren trees didn't match our mood at all. Anyway, in today's post, you'll see only the shots I took when we stopped for a couple of minutes in a suburban neighborhood on the outskirts of Pazin, a small city in the central part of Istra. The neighborhood is situated on a hill with a nice view of the rest of the city. Have a good viewing.
AS ALWAYS IN THESE POSTS ON HIVE, THE PHOTOGRAPHS ARE MY WORK.
