Hello to everyone in the community! Today I bring you an article dedicated to a photographic souvenir that documents one of the artistic events in which I have participated, called 'Reverón en la Terraza'. It was held last September 25 at the Terraza Cultural center, where a tribute to the Venezuelan artist Reverón was held, with the participation of different artists in different areas of art.
I share some images of some of the artists who were present that day. Among them we were about 8 plastic artists, 2 musical groups, 1 soloist and 2 theater groups that offered a beautiful act in memory of the "Loco de Macuto". As you can see, there are not only portraits but also some works with various themes. The versatility and the difference between one artist to another is clear, showing the beauty of palettes, shapes and elements in this diversity.
The event also served as an opportunity to get to know the works of the young artists present. Between laughter and chatting we were able to get to know each other and admire each other's work. A very warm afternoon that also allowed new spectators to have a space to contemplate these works. As well as the sale of handmade products, books (thanks to the publishing house present) and typical Venezuelan desserts.
It is important to highlight the value of these types of cultural events where different areas of art come together to exalt not only the artists but the work that is done daily to maintain an artistic movement in the center of Valencia. Although this is only a sample of what was witnessed there, there is nothing like attending, being present and living those experiences that are so lacking in Venezuela. ¡Hola a todos en la comunidad! El día de hoy les traigo un artículo dedicado a un recuerdo fotográfico que documenta uno de los eventos artísticos en los que he participado, llamado 'Reverón en la Terraza'. El mismo fue realizado el pasado 25 de Septiembre en el centro cultural Terraza Cultural, dónde se celebró un homenaje al artista plástico venezolano, Reverón y se contó con la participación de diferentes artistas en diferentes áreas del arte.
Comparto algunas imágenes de algunos de los artistas que estuvieron presentes ese día. Entre ellos fuimos unos 8 artistas plásticos, 2 grupos musicales, 1 solista y 2 agrupaciones de teatro que brindaron un hermoso acto en memoria del "Loco de Macuto". Como pueden ver, se encuentran no solo retratos sino también algunas obras con temas varios. La versatilidad y la diferencia entre un artista a otro es clara, dejando entrever la belleza de paletas, formas y elementos en esta diversidad.
El evento también sirvió como una oportunidad de conocer las obras de los jóvenes artistas allí presentes. Entre risas y charla pudimos conocernos unos a otros y admirar el trabajo mutuo. Una tarde bastante cálida que permito que también nuevos espectadores tuvieran un espacio para contemplar estas obras. Así como la venta de productos artesanales, libros (gracias a la editorial presente) y postres típicos venezolanos.
Es importante resaltar el valor que tienen estos tipos de eventos culturales dónde se reúnen diferentes áreas del arte para enaltecer no solo a los artistas sino al trabajo que diariamente se hace para mantener en pie una movida artística en el centro de Valencia. Aunque esto solo es una muestra de lo que allí se presenció, no hay como asistir, estar presentes y vivir esas experiencia que tanto hacen falta en Venezuela.
