Here is me at the hotel gym on my bday. I am started working out again after not going for over a year. I am much smaller than I used to be (I was 220 before) and I dont plan on getting that heavy ever again. I want to get back to using 40 lb dumbbells for curls tho.. right now i am at 20's.
u know the term half life? i am no scientist, but isn't that the point where u've reached ur half of ur life, but it changes, right? like there is always a new half life as things change and u always just take the new half? so, instead of thinking that i have reached the halfway point of my life.. ie. 'over the hill' or 'its all downhill from now..', i WILL continue to live my ever changing half life.. as in it never stays static and life just goes on and on.. does that make sense?
