Hola, confieso que no soy la mejor amante del café, no soy de la que si se levanta y no toma café pasa todo el día amargada o se le pega un dolor de cabeza, sin embargo les cuento que dure 5 años viviendo en Perú y me enamore de una receta de café para las meriendas que rico, café instantáneo.
Actualmente vivo en Venezuela y no es tan común encontrar café instantáneo en cualquier bodega, sin embargo a una amiga le habían traído un altomayo de Perú y no dude en decirle yo lo preparo, se me hace agua la boca con tan solo recordar.
Tome un envase y coloque 2 cucharadas de café, 2 de azúcar y 1 de agua tibia, eso se bate con batidora a velocidad medio hasta que la mezcla sea cremosa y más clara.
Calentanos un poco de leche servimos e incorporamos nuestra crema al gusto y a disfrutar de esta delicia.
En este sentido por eso digo que el café tiene el poder de quitar un dolor de cabeza, de sacar una sonrisa, de unir personas que hace rato no se ven para compartir un café, pero en mi caso este café tuvo el poder de recordarme todo un país, de encontrar 5 años de recuerdos en una taza y mejor aun deleitar mi paladar con su sabor único y extraordinario.
