Buenas noches amigos hivers, deseo hayan tenido un excelente día, les cuento que ayer estuve en un gran mirador en La estrella, aunque la noche estaba un poco fría y por eso no se alcanza a percibir muy bien todo el mirador y como se ve de binito desde allá.
En el lugar disfrute de un delicioso chocolate con queso y fue justo para el frío que había; justamente eso me ayudó a estar con el calor corporal adecuado, además la subida al mirador fue caminando y me demore aproximadamente 2 horas todo el recorrido; aunque fue corta me sentí muy bien al salir de las cuatro paredes y recargar energía, distraerme y olvidarme de algunas cosas por un momento, que son situaciones que suelen pasarnos en nuestras vidas.
Salir al aire libre y respirar aire puro nos ayuda a tener un gran animo y a estar mucho más activos, de igual forma cada día que pasa podemos hacer la diferencia, hacer aquello que nos permite ser mejores cada día, ver siempre el lado bueno de las cosas y aprender de las experiencias vividas.
