This time we are talking about a fruit that is very familiar to you nature lovers or the cool term child of nature. Like a miniature paradise on earth, this westernmost province of Indonesia always presents endless natural wealth.
One of them is a strawberry plant or commonly called a forest/wild strawberry. At first I didn't know this was a forest strawberry after I asked our friend who happened to be an adventurous child, I finally knew, and I didn't hesitate to taste it out of curiosity about the taste. The wild strawberry is a delicious and healthy berry that looks like a normal strawberry.
This plant mainly grows in forests. It has a different variety to the strawberries that are usually sold in the market. The fruit is small and is very appetizing when you see it. Plants that grow wild in this forest can be found under the grove of clove trees, as well as in the thickets and yesterday I found this tree on the edge of the river where there are many other shady trees.
This fruit has the characteristics of a bright red ripe fruit and has the size of a quail egg like a strawberry. It's not hard to find strawberries in the green of the bushes. With small thorns on the trunk of the tree and has pure white flowers.
