Si te perdiste mi publicación pasada de dónde pasé la Navidad en La Colonia Tovar, corre a verla. Hoy te muestro las fotos de los últimos instantes antes de regresar a Caracas.

Pasamos por el casco central del pueblo, porque la posada quedaba más lejos. Cuando llegamos nos sorprendió la cantidad de gente. La noche anterior fuimos a caminar y todo estaba cerrado. Teníamos ganas de un ambiente navideño en las calles, con frío, luces y gente feliz. No conseguimos eso. Nos sorprendió que en La Colonia Tovar cierran todo la noche del 24.

Aunque solo hubo un lugar que sí tenía gente compartiendo. Familias con sus niños; creo que esperando a la misa de gallo, en la plaza frente a la iglesia. Ahí estuvimos un buen rato, ya que el ambiente era muy rico, muy familiar y tranquilo. En otro post les muestro las fotos.

Así que estas fotos es del 25 al medio día. La gente sube a la Colonia Tovar, para tener un momento diferente en familia. Todos los restaurantes llenos y los kioskos de frutas vendiendo mucho. No es tan fácil conseguir puesto de estacionamiento, pero lo hicimos cerca de un restaurante de churros donde comimos. La verdad no teníamos mucha hambre, después de desayunar pan con pernil XD.

Así despedimos una Navidad demasiado increíble. Pero no se pongan tristes porque tengo muchas fotos que mostrar, solo que hoy me provocó el final XD.

If you missed my last post about where I spent Christmas in La Colonia Tovar, go check it out. Today I show you the photos of the last moments before returning to Caracas.

We went through the central part of town, because the posada was farther away. When we arrived we were surprised by the amount of people. The night before we went for a walk and everything was closed. We were looking forward to a Christmas atmosphere in the streets, with cold, lights and happy people. We didn’t get that. We were surprised that in La Colonia Tovar they close everything on the night of the 24th.

Although there was only one place that did have people sharing. Families with their children; I think waiting for the rooster mass, in the square in front of the church. We were there for quite a while, as the atmosphere was very nice, very familiar and quiet. In another post I will show you the pictures.

So these photos are from the 25th at noon. People go up to Colonia Tovar, to have a different moment with the family. All the restaurants full and the fruit kiosks selling a lot. It is not so easy to get a parking spot, but we did it near a churro restaurant where we ate. We weren’t really hungry, after having bread and pork leg for breakfast XD.

So we said goodbye to an amazing Christmas. But don’t be sad because I have a lot of pictures to show, only today I was provoked by the end XD.
