Ever since Yoshi's latest shed, he hasn't seemed like he has been in the greatest mood, so I have tried to leave him alone, but earlier today, I walked in the room and saw him just dangling upside down. He wasn't grabbing for anything, but instead, was just hanging there from his back legs like he was stretching or something. He is so weird sometimes and I really wonder what is going on inside his head.
After I took a few pictures of him hanging upside down, he started to move around and I decided to take him out and let him crawl around on me. Before I picked him up, he was darker, which usually means he isn't in a good mood, but once I picked him up, he lightened up and wanted to crawl all over me. It is pretty hard to get shots like this because he moves so fast, but he is also getting pretty big, so I have to back up with my camera and stick my arm all the way out.
It is crazy that about two months ago when I got him, he was just a few inches long. He was so tiny and frail. Now he is getting huge and his crown is really getting massive. He still has a ways to grow, but he is getting closer and closer to being full size. Once he is done growing, he will start to fatten up because he body won't be lengthening anymore.
This little guy is a ton of fun and I always talk to him whenever I go in the room and check on my plants. Thanks for taking the time to check this post out and see Yoshi's journey here exclusively on Hive.
