Hoy es un dÃa muy especial porque se celebra un año más de mi vida, 26 años vividos junto a mis seres queridos.
En algunos momentos no puedo evitar sentir muchas emociones encontradas... quizás sean conflictos existenciales de los 20 😅. Lo importante y lo que siempre trato de recordar para enfocarme y no dejar que esa emoción me gané es todo lo bueno y las cosas positivas que tengo..una de las más valiosas mi salud y la de mi familia.
Vivir en el pasado causa depresión, vivir en el futuro ansiedad, el presente es lo que vale y por eso es un regalo!
Hoy disfruto las cosas buenas y aprendà de las malas, mientras tenga vida los sueños nunca morirán.
No encontré otra forma de compartir mi emoción y alegrÃa con algunas fotos en la mejor dapp de fotografÃa!! y la plataforma que me ha ayudado y dado muchas cosas también!!

Today is a very special day because it celebrates another year of my life, 26 years lived together with my loved ones.
In some moments I can't help but feel a lot of mixed emotions... maybe they are existential conflicts of the 20 😅. The important thing and what I always try to remember to focus on and not let that emotion win me over is all the good and positive things I have..one of the most valuable my health and that of my family.
Living in the past causes depression, living in the future anxiety, the present is what is valuable and that is why it is a gift!
Today I enjoy the good things and learned from the bad, as long as I have life dreams will never die.
