Mi Viernes Santos con Sabor Venezolano [Esp/Eng]

Feliz domingo para todos los amigos de esta linda comunidad de HIVE, esperando hayan tenido una Semana Santa excelente, por mi parte la pasé tranquila. Este día me pasó un mensaje la Sra. Elsa, que nos esperaba para almorzar. Ella es la mamá de una compañera de trabajo de Julián (mi pareja) y desde que llegué aquí a Argentina hemos congeniado muy bien. Ella también es la Sra. Que me ha ayudado a ubicarme en las direcciones acá. Cabe destacar que es paisana, del centro de Venezuela. Nos alistamos y nos fuimos, en lo que entramos en la casa olía muy sabroso, ella andaba preparando cuajado de pescado y atún, en una misma bandeja hizo mitad de uno y mitad del otro; lo primero que vi fue un sartén con chicharrones, no aguante la tentación y los probé, también había hecho arroz con coco y estaba en el proceso de hacer bollitos de chicharrón a lo que yo me puse a ayudarle, al terminar nos fuimos a almorzar. Pasamos una tarde excelente con paisanos que se están convirtiendo en familia.

Happy Sunday to all the friends of this beautiful HIVE community, I hope you had an excellent Holy Week, I had a quiet one. This day I got a message from Mrs. Elsa, who was waiting for us to have lunch. She is the mother of a work colleague of Julián (my partner) and since I arrived here in Argentina we have hit it off very well. She is also the lady who has helped me to find my way around here. It is worth mentioning that she is a fellow countrywoman, from the centre of Venezuela. We got ready and left, when we entered the house it smelled very tasty, she was preparing fish and tuna curds, in the same tray she made half of one and half of the other; the first thing I saw was a frying pan with cracklings, I could not resist the temptation and I tried them, she had also made rice with coconut and was in the process of making crackling dumplings so I started to help her, when we finished we went to have lunch. We spent an excellent afternoon with fellow countrymen who are becoming family.
