... me casé hace aproximadamente 12 años y para ese entonces me fuí a vivir con mi esposo a casa de mis padres en su pueblo; en ese tiempo mi esposo era Teniente y trabajaba en la escuela de guardias de allí, y yo también trabajaba allí era encargada de informática e impartía esas clases a los alumnos... con el tiempo allí tuvimos a nuestra primera hija llamada Antonella Victoria ❤️ luego nació mi segunda hija Isabella Chiquinquirá 🥰 pero ya mi habitación en casa de mamá se nos hizo muy pequeña para los cuatro!

Por esa razón ya quise irme y alquilar algo más cómodo para los cuatro, fue entonces cuando a mi esposo lo cambian a trabajar a otro lugar más cerca de la ciudad de Maturin, y pues, tomé la decisión de irme de casa de mi mamá, de renunciar a mi trabajo y alquilar algo cerca de mi esposo! Él estuvo de acuerdo, pero justamente esos días mi esposo conoce de casualidad al Gerente del Banco de la Guardia y éste maravilloso Sr. Le ofrece un crédito de vivienda, e inmediatamente mi esposo me lo dice y yo me mudé más rápido a la ciudad para poder buscar la casa y aprovechar ese crédito... por 8 meses vivimos alquilados en un mini apartamento de 1 habitación, 1 sala y 1 baño 🚽... y les confieso que la experiencia fue maravillosa!
For that reason I wanted to leave and rent something more comfortable for the four of us, it was then when my husband was transferred to another place closer to the city of Maturin, and so, I decided to leave my mom's house, to quit my job and rent something close to my husband! He agreed, but just those days my husband met by chance the Manager of the Banco de la Guardia and this wonderful Mr. He offers him a housing credit, and immediately my husband tells me and I moved faster to the city to be able to look for the house and take advantage of that credit... for 8 months we lived rented in a mini apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 living room and 1 bathroom 🚽... and I confess that the experience was wonderful!
Durante esos 8 meses día tras día buscamos la casa o el apartamento para aprovechar el crédito bancario, pero se nos hizo muy difícil porque no teníamos inicial y nadie aceptaba crédito 💳 pero gracias a Dios un día por fin conseguimos nuestra casa 🏡 inmediatamente, hicimos todo el proceso y concretamos la compra muy rápido 📝 nos dieron 15 días para mudarnos y exactamente, un 30 de septiembre nos mudamos 🏡 ese ha sido uno de los días más felices de mi vida! Ya hoy son 6 años viviendo aquí, en nuestro bendecido hogar 🏡🙏
During those 8 months day after day we looked for the house or apartment to take advantage of the bank credit, but it was very difficult because we had no down payment and no one accepted credit 💳 but thank God one day finally we got our house 🏡 immediately, we did the whole process and finalized the purchase very quickly 📝 they gave us 15 days to move and exactly, on September 30 we moved in 🏡 that has been one of the happiest days of my life! Already today it's 6 years living here, in our blessed home 🏡🙏
Nos mudamos tal cuál como estaba la casa... la parte de abajo estaba un 60% habitable nada más, porque no tenía puertas en las habitaciones, el agua solo llegaba en la madrugada, la luz no estaba bien, el fregadero no tenía desagüe, los portones no tenían soporte, no había lavadero, no habían ventanas y el porche era todo rústico con una placa que se estaba cayendo porque no tenía columnas 🙈 Pero a mí no me importó, yo sólo quería estar en mi casa! Y pues, la parte de arriba estaba en obra gris, solo tenía paredes y el techo rojo... y gracias a Dios 🙏 el Gerente le extendió el crédito a mi esposo para hacer los arreglos y remodelaciones, así que de una vez al mudarnos busqué un plomero, un electricista, un cristalero, un albañil, un herrero, un carpintero, todooo! Y en pocos meses ya mi casa estaba cambiando 100% 🙏 y yo muy feliz y agradecida!
We moved as the house was... the downstairs was 60% habitable, only because it had no doors in the rooms, the water only came at dawn, the light was not good, the sink had no drainage, the gates had no support, there was no laundry room, no windows and the porch was all rustic with a plate that was falling down because it had no columns 🙈 But I did not care, I just wanted to be in my house! And well, the upstairs was in gray work, it only had walls and red roof... and thank God 🙏 the Manager extended credit to my husband to make the repairs and remodeling, so at once when we moved I looked for a plumber, an electrician, a glazier, a bricklayer, a blacksmith, a carpenter, everything! And in a few months my house was already changing 100% 🙏 and I was very happy and grateful!
Primero arreglamos todo abajo, hice hasta un lavadero! Allí pueden ver en las fotos como era mi casa antes y como se ve ahora! Ya luego hicimos la parte de arriba y nos mudamos inmediatamente para estar más cómodos y para que cada niña tuviera su habitación! Pero arriba aún le faltan muchos arreglos amigos y confiamos en Dios que muy pronto la terminaremos!!! Por ahora estamos muy cómodos y felices con nuestro templo, así le digo!
First we fixed everything downstairs, I even made a laundry room! **There you can see in the pictures how my house was before and how it looks like now! Then we did the upstairs and moved in immediately to be more comfortable and for each girl to have her own room! But upstairs still needs a lot of repairs friends and we trust in God that very soon we will finish it!!!! For now we are very comfortable and happy with our temple, that's what I call it!
Hoy en día mi casa está distribuida así, en la parte de abajo: 1 habitación para visitas, 1 estudio (que está en remodelación), 1 baño 🚽, 1 cocina, 1 lavadero, sala/comedor, el porche, estacionamiento para 1 carro, y en la parte de arriba: 3 habitaciones, 2 baños, 1 pasillo, la escalera, 1 sala/bar, 1 depósito y 1 terraza (todo arriba aún en proceso de arreglos)! Algo grande la casa, ¿verdad? (Jajaja) si me vieran limpiando amigas paso hasta 2 días 😃 pero la amo, mi casa, es la casa que siempre soñé y la valoro muchísimo, aquí hemos pasado los días más hermosos juntos en familia❣️
Today my house is distributed like this, downstairs: 1 guest room, 1 studio (which is being remodeled), 1 bathroom 🚽, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room, living/dining room, the porch, parking for 1 car, and upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 hallway, the staircase, 1 living room/bar, 1 storage room and 1 terrace (everything upstairs still in the process of being fixed)! Kind of big the house, right? (Hahaha) if you saw me cleaning friends I spend up to 2 days 😃 but I love it, my house, it's the house I always dreamed of and I value it very much, here we have spent the most beautiful days together at familia❣️
