Today I was doing a massive deletion of many junk files that I have here in my phone, while I was doing it I came across some pictures that I had taken some weeks ago at the Centro Comercial El Recreo, I was in that area and I went into the C.C for a moment to sit down and cool off because I had walked a lot and by the way the heat was very strong. When I sat down in one of the areas they have arranged for this, I noticed that they were promoting Jurassic World: Dominion released in June of this 2022, they had placed a small exhibition space of some dinosaurs that appear in the movie so I took the opportunity to take some pictures.
After editing them that same day at night, I thought about publishing them instantly, however I didn't like them very much at that moment, however today while I was watching them again I changed my perception and here I am sharing them with you.
Like many people I like these movies a lot, I feel that one was overcoming the other except for the first one, since it was the beginning of everything and gave rise to the following ones. There were many people in the place taking pictures with the dinosaur figures, so it was a bit complicated to find the right moment where these Jurassic sculptures were unoccupied, but after asking for a few "permission", I was able to take the pictures.
Among the figures was a one-eyed Triceratops, I don't know if the eye had fallen out due to mishandling in the process of bringing it in and placing it there, or if it was due to an unconscious person. There was also a Velociraptor which are like a trademark of the house, I don't know if I'm wrong but I think it is one of the emblems of the film, behind the Tyrannosaurus rex. And finally I think it is a Parasaurolophus which is the dinosaur with a crest.
I imagine that there were a lot of them missing because I understand that the number of species that appear in this last movie is quite high. In spite of everything, the main attraction was not the dinosaur figures but the Pickup Monsters that was in the middle of the exhibition. It was where I had the hardest time taking pictures because they were where most people stopped to take pictures.
I hope to be able to see the movie soon, I don't know if it's still available in theaters, but even if it's downloaded on my phone I'm going to see it. This is the seventh installment of this very successful saga and it has never let me down, although in finding out how many productions there were I realized that I still haven't seen Battle at Big Rock, so I must catch up before seeing this latest installment. **If you've already seen it please don't leave spoilers in the comments!!!
When I saw the exhibit I was immediately reminded of an experience I had many years ago. When I was about 12 years old I attended a vacation plan organized by my mom's job, at that time it was one of the best in Venezuela, the IVSS. On one of the days they took us to the Centro Comercial Ciudad Tamanaco (CCCT), in the parking lot there was a huge dinosaur park, it was great. When we entered the first thing we did was to access a time machine that transported us to the time of the dinosaurs and told us their history, then we went slowly through the park with guides who were explaining about each of the dinosaurs. It was very good because they moved, made sounds, some were in the air moving, very brutal indeed. I know they have been placing others, I don't know if one of them was the one I attended, I'm talking about 14 years ago.

Hoy estaba haciendo un borrado masivo de muchos archivos basura que tengo aquí en mi teléfono, mientras lo hacía me topé con unas fotografías que había tomado hace algunas semanas en el Centro Comercial El Recreo, me encontraba por esa zona y entré un momento al C.C para sentarme y refrescarme porque había caminado mucho y de paso el calor estaba muy fuerte. Cuando me senté en una de las zonas que tienen dispuestas para esto, me fijé que estaban haciendo promoción a Jurassic World: Dominion estrenada en junio de este 2022, habían colocado como un pequeño espacio de exhibición de algunos dinosaurios que aparecen en la película así que aproveché para tomar unas foticos.
Luego de editarlas ese mismo día en la noche, pensé en publicarlas al instante, sin embargo no me agradaron mucho para ese momento, no obstante hoy mientras las veía de nuevo cambié de percepción y aquí las estoy compartiendo con ustedes.
Cómo a muchos estás películas me gustan un montón, siento que una fue superando a la otra a excepción de la primera, ya que fue el inicio de todo y le dió pie a las siguientes. Se encontraban muchas personas en el lugar tomándose fotos con las figuras de dinosaurios, así que fue medio complicado encontrar el momento indicado donde estas esculturas Jurásicas estuvieran desocupadas, pero después de pedir unos cuantos "permiso", pude tomar las fotografías.
Entre las figuras se encontraba un Triceratops tuerto, no sé si el ojo se le habría caído por la mala manipulación en el proceso de traerlo y colocarlo ahí, o fue a causa de una persona inconsciente. También había un Velociraptor que son como marca de la casa, no sé si me equivoco pero creo que es uno de los emblemas de la película, por detrás del Tiranosaurio rex. Y por último creo que es un Parasaurolophus que es el dinosaurio con cresta.
Me imagino que faltaron muchísimos por colocar porque tengo entendido que la cantidad de especies que salen en esta última película es bastante alta. A pesar de todo la gran atracción no eran las figuras de los dinosaurios si no la Pickup Monsters que estaba en todo el medio de la exhibición. Fue donde más me costó tomar la foto porque eran dónde las personas más se detenían a tomarse fotografías.
Espero pronto poder ver la película, no sé si aún esté disponible en los cines, pero así sea descargada por el teléfono la voy a ver. Esta es la séptima entrega de esta saga tan exitosa y nunca me ha defraudado, aunque averiguando cuántas producciones habían me di cuenta que aún no he visto Battle at Big Rock, así que debo ponerme al día antes de ver esta última entrega. ¡Si ya la vieron por favor no me dejen spoilers en los comentarios!.
Cuando ví la exhibición en seguida se me vino a la cabeza una experiencia que viví hace muchos años. Cuando tenía aproximadamente 12 años asistí a un plan vacacional organizado por el trabajo de mi mamá, para ese entonces era uno de los mejores de Venezuela, el del IVSS. En uno de los días nos llevaron al Centro Comercial Ciudad Tamanaco (CCCT), en el estacionamiento se encontraba un parque grandísimo de dinosaurios, fue algo genial. Cuando entramos lo primero que hicimos fue acceder a una máquina del tiempo que nos transportó a la época de los dinosaurios y nos contó su historia, luego fuimos recorriendo poco a poco el parque con guías que nos iban explicando sobre cada uno de los dinosaurios. Fue muy bueno porque se movían, hacían sonidos, algunos estaban en la aire moviéndose, muy brutal la verdad. Se que han estado colocando otros, no sé si uno de ellos fue al que yo asistí, estoy hablando de 14 años atrás.
