Today was a different afternoon. My son and I went out on our bikes in search of some eucalyptus leaves to make a remedy with. We have been suffering from a lot of coughing and congestion from our recent covid contagion and a good home remedy is to breathe in the fumes from these leaves.
In our urbanization there are no eucalyptus plants nearby and we had to go to a place about 15 minutes away by bicycle where there are a lot of eucalyptus plants.
For safety reasons I could not take my phone with me to document the ride, as it represented a risk. But we did take some pictures before and after we left so that we could keep the memories.
My husband took one just before we left. The sky was beautiful and he managed to capture it.
Once we arrived, my son was very happy with the walk we took, even though it was to look for a remedy, it was very distracting to be in contact with nature.
We got a lot of leaves and now we just had to cook them in a pot and wait for them to do their job.
It was a good afternoon in the company of my little one. 🥰❤️
Hoy fue un tarde diferente. Mi hijo y yo salimos en nuestras bicicletas en busca de algunas hojas de eucalipto para hacer un remedio con ellas. Hemos estado sufriendo de mucha tos y congestión a raíz de nuestro reciente contagio de covid y un buen remedio casero es respirar los vapores de estas hojas.
En nuestra urbanización no hay plantas de eucalipto cerca y nos tocó irnos a un sitio que queda a unos 15 minutos rodando en bicicleta dónde hay una gran cantidad de estas plantas.
Por cuestiones de seguridad no pude llevar el teléfono conmigo para documentar el paseo, pues representaba un riesgo. Pero si nos tomamos unas fotos antes y después de salir para que nos quedará el recuerdo.
Mi esposo nos tomo una justo antes de irnos. El cielo estaba bien lindo y el logró capturarlo.
Una vez llegamos mi hijo estaba bien feliz por ese paseo que hicimos, que a pesar de que era para buscar un remedio, nos distrajo bastante el estar en contacto con la naturaleza.
Conseguimos muchas hojitas y ahora solo resta cocinarlas en una olla y esperar que hagan su trabajo.
Fue una buena tarde en compañía de mi pequeño. 🥰❤️
