Deseándoles un excelente inicio de semana.. hoy les traigo unas fotico bellas con mi gente del gym.
El sábado pasado compartimos un reto playero junto a mi coach y mis amigas lindas del gym en la hermosa playa de San Luis en mi Cumaná, estado Sucre!! 🌴🏖️🏝️⛱️
Realmente este lugar diles de ensueños, me siento sumamente orgullosa de tener esta hermosa orilla de playa a pocos metros de mi casa. 😊
El encuentro se dió para hacer rutinas de ejercicios y trote; y luego de ejercitarnos compartimos de este sol calientito y arenita playita disfrutando frutas🍉🍌🍍🥥, sándwiches 🥪🥪 y mucha hidratación 🫗🫗🧋🧋🧋🧃🧃🧃
Fue muy divertido hacer estas rutinas en arena y pude ver la diferencia en el rendimiento físico que tengo 😅 pero pude lograr muchas sentadillas y distancias considerables! Poco a poco iré logrando más avances!!

Last Saturday we shared a beach challenge with my coach and my beautiful friends from the gym on the beautiful beach of San Luis in my Cumaná, Sucre state!! 🌴🏖️🏝️⛱️
This place really makes you dream, I feel extremely proud to have this beautiful beach shore just a few meters from my house. 😊
The meeting was held to do exercise and jogging routines; and after exercising we shared this warm sun and sandy beach enjoying fruits 🍉🍌🍍🥥, sandwiches 🥪🥪 and lots of hydration
It was a lot of fun doing these sand routines and I could see the difference in my physical performance 😅 but I was able to achieve many squats and considerable distances! Little by little I will make more progress!!
