Hello there! Been missing for some days, and now I'm back with some treats. This was our lunch yesterday. My mom cooked this "champorado" which is a combination of rice and "tablea" that came from a cocoa. This is one of my favorite, and I paired it with noodles. I really love spicy foods and this noodles might not be too spicy but it satisfies my cravings. Champorado is very easy to make. However, I was not able to capture it since my mom was the one who made it. The first thing to do is to get a rice, add some water and heat it for about 10-15 minutes. Then after that, add the cocoa. Then, when the cocoa is already mixed up with the rice, you can already put some sugar to sweeten it. It is very simple and you can try this at home!
