Yes, there had been a series of toasts...

Gretchen summed it up on her quote above, photos are indeed filled with memories most of which are good and happy. These were a few of the photos and mementos that remind us of one special day -- a happy, momentous occasion that happened over a decade ago. I figured it would be nice to have copies of them in the blockchain.
The last photo is the traditional way of cooking rice during big events in our side of town. Weddings usually attract hundreds of guests, invited or not, so the town's chefs (usually consist of neighbors) start preparing food at dawn because it can take hours to get everything ready just in time for the feast.
These by the way, were taken by a hired photographer so the shots are quite good in my books.
