She ain't angry, right?
But even so, she still looks adorable :)
"Yes, may I help you?" her eyes seems to be saying, lol!
"Don't bother me, I'm eating..."
The busy eaters :)
The newborns...
We have a new neighbor by the name Manuel (probably in his late 50s) who married the young lady at the store. They recently had a baby with an interesting story that kind of become a part of the farmboy's memories (but that will be for another day). Tito Ed would think it's a chismis, lol!
Anyway, they are a wonderful couple and they have quite a lot of pets. Dogs, chickens and you may have guessed it from the photos, rabbits! About a week or two ago, I think 8 bunnies were added to their brood. I mean wow! At times I wonder how they are able to take good care of all those while tending to their baby and their farms too.
I used to think that rabbits are high-maintenance pets, that they should be fed with special food and provided with warm and comfortable housing. As it turned out, they really aren't, or I might be mistaken 'coz I didn't really inquire from the pet owners. I just came up with that opinion by looking at the cages and the food they are being given (chayote leaves and stems). They seem to be quite easy to care for noh?
We were told that the mother of the new addition is the one on the fourth photo. But it's rather interesting that the bunnies are differently colored (dark brown, pure black, others gray). While the husband was taking their pictures, Manuel teased if we wanted some. A nice thought but nah... a dog yes, but rabbits? Maybe not, hehe! Perhaps I'm just lazy, lol!
And it's another week arrived, whew! So here's to welcome a beautiful, breezy and a promising Monday with lots of optimism.
Cheers everyone and happy new week!
