Do you like cakes? I especially like Japanese cakes.The sponges are fluffy and moist, and the whipped cream is not too sweet and lightweight. I can eat quite a few pieces without getting heartburn.
If you have a chance to go to Japan, you should try some cakes there. You will be surprised how good they are!
