Las Vegas Red Rock Canyon
What an excellent hike while visiting
the busy Las Vegas city!!
Located only 17 miles from the Las Vegas Strip.
Red Rock Canyon features a one way 13 mile long drive with
multple viewing and hiking stops along the way.
We hiked the calico tanks trail that was a moderate hike
with some challenging parts along the way. It's about 2
hour return hike. Once you get to the top you can see
the Las Vegas Strip in the background.
You must have reservations pre-booked to access the park.
It costs $20 per vehicle with a $2 reservation fee.
We had an amazing time visiting the park with the family. :)
Definitly a must see if you're in the area.
