It's finally here and Tiffany and I were up before the sun came up and was getting our butts kicked by 5am along with our fellow ORANGETHEORY FITNESS member at our home studio in Lake Nona, Florida.
Among all the benchmarks, signature workouts and challenge series; OTF's HELL WEEK by far is the most popular.
It is now up to 8 days straight of grueling workouts but you only have to complete 4 of them to earn the coveted Hell Week. Tiffany and I go all in and do ALL OF THEM, because we are gluttons for punishment.
I've done 8 seasons and Tiffany and I have done 7 seasons together.
Today, we wore the Hell Week shirt we earned in 2015 and we will continue to wear the other shirts in year order for the remainder of the series.
I also took photos as we walked into the fitness studio and I took photos of the rowing machine monitor after every round of the row blocks as it was the main ass kicker of today's template.
I'll expand on the workout later today when I do my post.
