Kanokwan :: I feel sick because of dust 🤧
- ::...Hello everyone, 3-4 days ago I was quite sick. Because now we are renovating our restaurant. I had a cold and a rash because of the dust inside the store. because I myself am allergic make a stuffy nose Itching all over the body and also having a headache and vomiting for days LOL But it's okay, I'm better now and I'm 90% healthy. Only a few sneezes when exposed to heavy dust. Today I have just been to the market since this morning. Have prepared to buy things for breakfast, lunch, dinner, including dinner. I went to the market and shopping malls and shops to find the ingredients that my mother needed to cook. I went to the market to buy shrimp paste pants, pork, chicken, fish, drinking water, various drinks. Vegetables and fruits I went to the market to buy stuff in one round so I didn't have to go out often because the weather was quite hot. If driving for a long time would be a headache. Besides, being at the shop will help my parents clear the shop. I don't write posts right now. I wrote this post after coming back from the market. Mother immediately returned to work. Until I forgot that I haven't posted yet haha. Now I'm back to post. Thank you everyone for reading. At this time, I have to ask to help my parents work first.
Kanokwan :: ไม่สบายเพราะฝุ่นละออง 🤧
- ::...สวัสดีค่ะเพื่อนๆทุกคน 3-4 วันก่อนหน้านี้ฉันค่อนข้างไม่สบาย เพราะตอนนี้เรากำลังปรับปรุงร้านอาหารของเรา ฉันจึงเป็นหวัดและผื่นคันเพราะฝุ่นละอองภายในร้าน เนื่องจากฉันเองเป็นภูมิแพ้ ทำให้เป็นหวัดคัดจมูก คันตามเนื้อตามตัว แถมยังปวดหัว อาเจียนไปหลายวันเลยLOL แต่ไม่เป็นไรค่ะตอนนี้ฉันอาการดีขึ้นแล้วสุขภาพแข็งแรง 90 เปอร์เซ็นต์แล้วค่ะ มีแค่จามบ้างนิดหน่อยเวลาเจอฝุ่นละอองหนักๆ วันนี้ฉันเพิ่งได้ออกตลาดไปตั้งแต่เช้า ได้จัดเตรียมซื้อของสำหรับทำมื้อเช้า เที่ยง เย็น รวมถึงมื้อค่ำด้วยค่ะ ฉันได้เข้าไปหาและจัดซื้อของตามตลาดในห้างและร้านค้าต่างๆเพื่อหาวัตถุดิบที่คุณแม่ต้องการในการทำอาหารค่ะ ฉันไปตลาดเพื่อซื้อ กางเกงกะปิ เนื้อหมู เนื้อไก่ ปลา น้ำดื่ม เครื่องดื่มต่างๆ ผักและผลไม้ค่ะ ฉันออกไปตลาดเพื่อซื้อของมาในรอบเดียวจะได้ไม่ต้องออกไปบ่อยๆเพราะอากาศค่อนข้างร้อน หากขับรถนานๆคงปวดหัวอีกอย่างการที่ฉันอยู่ที่ร้านจะได้ช่วยคุณพ่อคุณแม่เคลียร์ร้านด้วยค่ะ ตอนนี้ฉันไม่เขียนโพสต์ไประหว่าง ฉันเขียนโพสต์นี้หลังจากกลับมาจากตลาด แม่กลับไปทำงานต่อทันที จนลืมไปว่าฉันยังไม่ได้โพสต์เลย haha ตอนนี้ฉันกลับมาโพสต์แล้วค่ะขอบคุณทุกคนที่เข้ามาอ่าน ณเวลานี้ต้องขอตัวไปช่วยคุณพ่อคุณแม่ทำงานก่อนนะค่ะ
