Again in this beautiful community, sharing with you each one of my daily routines; this afternoon with new selfies in this case during my work day with my niece.
I currently work in the health area as a general practitioner and I am on call at a clinic every 6 days in the pediatric emergency area.
On this occasion I had a very special patient because she was my beautiful niece.
Children like sweets and ice cream; Today my niece was taken to a playground and they bought her a rich chocolate ice cream. After spending an hour, she began to vomit several times. reasons that my brother called me to assess her and treat her.
When my niece saw me she told me that her tummy hurt; I indicated treatment and then waited 20 minutes and when I saw that she did not vomit, I told her to follow her diet, but she did not vomit again.

Nuevamente en esta linda comunidad, compartiendo con ustedes cada una de mis rutinas diarias; en la tarde de hoy con nuevos selfies en este caso en mi jornada de trabajo con mi sobrina.
Actualmente trabajo en el área de salud como médico general y hago guardias en un clínica cada 6 días por el área de emergencia pediátrica.
En esta oportunidad tuve una paciente muy especial porque fué mi sobrina hermosa.
A los niños les gustan los dulces y helados; hoy a mi sobrina la llevaron para un parque infantil y le compraron un rico helado de chocolate luego de pasar un hora comenzó a tener varios vomitos; motivos que mi hermano me llamó para valorarla y colocarle tratamiento.
Cuando mi sobrina me vio me decía que le dolía la barriga; le indiqué tratamiento para luego esperar 20 minutos y al ver que no vomitó le dije que se fuera cumpliendo su dieta, pero no volvió a vomitar.
