First impressions do count. Whether this is as people meeting each other for the first time, or walking into a place for the first time. The vibe of how you start something seems to be more important to me as what I always had thought.
Especially when moving around a couple of times I like to believe it has given me a bit of a radar on meeting people and what I would want of a relationship with these people. Not a relationship in that kind of way..but more if you want to spend time with the person you have just met. And often..I stick to my grounds which surely is not always fair. But...it does help in filtering out if you are new somewhere on what it safe and not.
Also when walking into a new venue...the first idea when you walk into somewhere defines on how you spend your first hour. And the first hour defines a lot of the rest of the evening.
This is the entrance of the basement venue underneith one of the indoor skatepark in the city of Eindhoven. The skate place itself is known region wide for its awesome facility. But what not a lot of people know it that there is a concert venue underneith it. And this is the hallway towards it there.
Come one...walk through this like 100 meters long. Ending up into a dark concrete place with concrete pilars to break the sound. Perfect for metal shows or for techno parties as the vibe feels underground.
