Rice is a staple food that we generally consume every day as a source of energy to carry out daily activities. In my country Indonesia, almost 97% of the Indonesian population consumes rice as the main staple food. This indicates that the dependence on rice is very high in my country, Indonesia. Therefore, rice is worthy of being crowned as a source of food for a million people. why is rice red? because generally this red rice, is not consumed as the main source of carbohydrates. but generally this red rice is used as an ingredient in the process of making wet cakes and pastries as snacks. This red rice, generally if it has been processed into rice, is called glutinous rice.
