Just behind Kings Cross St. Pancras Station, you'll find Canopy Market, renowned for its food stalls offering a diverse selection of cuisine and beverages.
I must admit, I'm one of those individuals who can't start their day without a morning coffee. So, my top priority was to hunt down a good coffee spot, preferably a cozy independent shop or a small, locally-owned stall.
Being a true coffee enthusiast, I relish the opportunity to explore new coffee flavors wherever I go.
Tucked away at the rear of the market is the 'Axe & Co' coffee caravan/stall. The ten-minute wait in line was definitely worth it, and I wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit!
