Visiting the Hive Stand at the Tourist Carnivals of Cumaná-Sucre in Venezuela

Tradicionalmente aquí en Venezuela se hacen comparsas en Carnaval, las cuales son grupos de personas con trajes exóticos desfilando por las calles, la mayoría temáticas, hay muchas plumas, escarcha, alas y normalmente se agrupan por escuelas, comercios o fundaciones para presentar sus carrosas.

También suelen escoger reinas por todas partes, colocan una tarima super grande, con cajones de sonido, luces, drones haciendo grabaciones, todo bien exótico. Todo esto llama a las personas, los hace salir a la calle a disfrutar, a escuchar la música, a bailar, ver las premiaciones, comprar cosas en las ferias de emprendedores y observar que hay de interés en los diferentes puestos.

Y que mejor manera que promocionar Hive? Aprovechando esta aglomeración de personas, los amigos Hive account@aksurevm89 y Hive account@edmundochauran estuvieron con el Stand de Hive ubicado en un sitio muy estratégico, en el rato que estuve fueron muchas personas a preguntar que era Hive y se iban con nueva información, igual que con un folleto.

Yo me coloque mi camisa de Hive, me realicé un maquillaje artístico con piedritas y estuve colocándome junto al stand de los chicos en horas de la noche, recibí unos obsequios, Stickers, un porta vasos, agua, refrigerio y un llavero, por parte de los Hiver organizadores.

Esta también es una invitación para los Hivers de Cumaná que no han asistido a los carnavales, que se acerquen, compartan un rato y ayuden a promocionar Hive.

Traditionally here in Venezuela there are comparsas in Carnival, which are groups of people with exotic costumes parading through the streets, most of them thematic, there are many feathers, frost, wings and usually are grouped by schools, businesses or foundations to present their floats.

They also tend to choose queens everywhere, they place a super big stage, with sound boxes, lights, drones making recordings, all very exotic. All this attracts people, makes them go out to the street to enjoy, to listen to the music, to dance, to see the awards, to buy things in the fairs of entrepreneurs and to observe what is of interest in the different stands.

And what better way to promote Hive? Taking advantage of this agglomeration of people, friends Hive account@aksurevm89 and Hive account@edmundochauran were with the Hive Stand located in a very strategic place, in the time I was there many people went to ask what Hive was and they left with new information, as well as with a brochure.

I wore my Hive shirt, I made an artistic makeup with pebbles and I was standing next to the stand of the guys in the evening hours, I received some gifts, stickers, a cup holder, water, snacks and a keychain, by the Hiver organizers.

This is also an invitation for the Hivers of Cumana who have not attended the carnivals, to come, share a while and help promote Hive.
