Today I took a moment to sit in lotus pose, close my eyes, and just breathe. Meditation has this gentle way of grounding me, reminding me to be present and let go of the noise around me. Sitting still isn’t always easy, but when I do, I feel a sense of peace that’s hard to find anywhere else.
The lotus position feels symbolic — rooted, calm, and open. It’s like telling myself: even in the middle of challenges, I can bloom. Travel, studies, life — everything moves fast, but this is my reminder to slow down, reconnect with myself, and simply be.
