When you love yourself unconditionally, you can clearly see yourself in all aspects.It is very important to love, value yourself, since we all have defects, we are imperfect beings made by a perfect God. We know that loving ourselves is loving ourselves just as we are tall, flat, dark, chubby, thin, etc. We must learn to highlight our strengths and not focus on our shortcomings, feel secure in who we are, without insecurity intervening.

Hoy con esta frase me amo incondicionalmente Lo maravilloso del amor incondicional es que te impacta profundamente. Tiene el poder de hacerte sentir bien contigo mismo satisfecho sin siquiera pensarlo. Cuando te amas incondicionalmente, puedes verte claramente en todos los aspectos.Es muy importante amarse, valorarse, ya que todos tenemos defectos, somos seres imperfectos hechos por un Dios perfecto. Sabemos que amarnos a nosotros mismos es amarnos tal como somos altos, planos, morenos, gorditos, delgados, etc. Debemos aprender a resaltar nuestras fortalezas y no enfocarnos en nuestras deficiencias, sentirnos seguros de quienes somos, sin que la inseguridad intervenga.
