Vulnerability is true strength. Vulnerability is a sometimes misinterpreted human quality that makes us more authentic and stronger than we believe ourselves. Normally we are avoiding it, because we believe that not showing it will make us look stronger, more capable or more deserving. Let's break down, let's break down, let's cry, let's allow ourselves to be vulnerable, accept that something hurts us, that scratches us or that hurts us... Vulnerability allows us to open ourselves to life, love and others. Vulnerability is our best doctor of courage 👍❤️

La vulnerabilidad es la verdadera fuerza. La vulnerabilidad es una cualidad humana a veces malinterpretada que nos hace ser más auténticos y fuertes que nosotros mismos creemos Normalmente estamos evitándola, por que creemos que no demostrarla nos hará ver más fuertes, más capaces o más merecedores. Quebrémonos, rompámonos, lloremos, permitámonos ser vulnerables, aceptar que algo nos duele, que nos raya o que nos lastima.. La vulnerabilidad nos permite abrirnos a la vida, al amor y a los demás. La vulnerabilidad es nuestro mejor médico de coraje 👍❤️
