Playing the role of cook: making Hallacas (a typical Christmas dish in my country)

Hi friends, I hope you are well, on this side of the screen we are great, this afternoon I spent playing the role of aunt cook, for today we have advanced the stew of the delicious hallacas that we plan to finish and wrap tomorrow, as I said in previous posts I love this Christmas dish and one of the nicest things is to do it with the family, although it was not a meeting with the whole family, my aunt, sister-in-law, cousin, my mother and I got together and we got into action with this preparation, here are some photos of my leading role in this task, for today we finished the stew and we hope to wrap it tomorrow in a rich dough of flour bread well seasoned and the typical banana leaf, until next time.

Hola amigos, espero estén bien, de este lado de la pantalla estamos genial, esta tarde me la pase haciendo el papel de tía cocinera, por hoy hemos adelantado el guiso de las ricas hallacas que pensamos terminar y envolver mañana, como dije en las anteriores publicaciones amo este platillo navideño y una de las cosas mas lindas es hacerlo en familia, aunque no fue una reunión con toda la familia, nos juntamos mi tía, cuñada, prima, mi madre y yo y nos pusimos en acción con esta preparación, aquí algunas fotos de mi papel protagónico en esta tarea, por hoy finalizamos el guiso y esperamos mañana envolverlo en una rica masa de harina pan bien condimentada y la típica hoja de plátano, hasta la próxima.
