El día de hoy les comparto unas fotos de una de las experiencias que viví en mi reciente viaje a Caripe con los amigos de Hive Monagas, pues, es que además de deleitarme con el hermoso paisaje del camino, visitar y conocer diferentes lugares también tuve la oportunidad de probar las deliciosas Fresas con crema que tanto caracterizan a este hermoso lugar y aquí les cuento un poco al respecto.

Today I am sharing some photos of one of the experiences that I lived on my recent trip to Caripe with the friends of Hive Monagas, well, it is that in addition to delighting in the beautiful landscape of the road, visit and get to know different places I also had the opportunity to try the delicious Strawberries with cream that characterize this beautiful place so much and here I will tell you a little about it.
Si bien las fresas con crema es un postre que podemos encontrar hoy en día el cualquier otra parte que no sea precisamente en Caripe yo deseaba mucho poder probar las de allá en mi viaje, es decir, no podía regresarme sin comerme unas, porque ir a Caripe y no comer fresas con crema es como no haber ido y yo quería vivir la experiencia completa, por lo que no dudé ni un momento en comprar en cuanto vi un gran letrero que lo anunciaba.
Although strawberries with cream is a dessert that we can find today anywhere other than precisely in Caripe I really wanted to be able to try the ones from there on my trip, that is, I could not return without eating some , because going to Caripe and not eating strawberries with cream is like not having gone and I wanted to live the full experience, so I didn't hesitate for a moment to buy as soon as I saw a big sign announcing it.
Dentro de las instalaciones de la Cueva del Guácharo hay un área donde se ubican varios vendedores con gran variedad de dulces caseros reconocidos de esa zona, estuve viendo lo que ofrecían y realmente había bastante para escoger pero yo iba con la idea de comer fresas con crema y por suerte si había en ese momento, de hecho me acerqué a preguntar los precios y rondaban desde los 2$ hasta 10$ y el chico muy amable me ofreció una pequeña muestra para que probara, no hacía falta pero lo acepté. Estuve mucho rato intentando acceder a mi cuenta bancaria para poder hacer la compra pero en ese lugar la señal es muy mala y ya me estaba dando por vencida, el chico me dijo que podía llevarme lo que quisiera y le hiciera el pago cuando llegara a mi casa pero yo no quise, me dio pena y preferí esperar. Por suerte allí había wifi gratis y con eso pude solucionar y compré una ración de 2$ para darme el gusto.
Within the facilities of the Cueva del Guácharo there is an area where there are several vendors with a wide variety of well-known homemade sweets from that area, I was looking at what they offered and there was really a lot to choose from but I went with the idea of eat strawberries with cream and luckily if there were any at that time, in fact I went to ask the prices and they ranged from $2 to $10 and the very kind guy offered me a small sample to try, it wasn't necessary but I accepted it . I spent a long time trying to access my bank account to be able to make the purchase but in that place the signal is very bad and I was already giving up, the guy told me that I could take whatever I wanted and I would pay him when I got to my home but I didn't want to, I was sorry and I preferred to wait. Luckily there was free wifi there and with that I was able to solve it and I bought a $2 portion to indulge myself.
