Hoy quiero abrir una ventana a mi día en San Miguel, ese rincón de niebla y encanto donde cada jornada comienza con un suspiro de la naturaleza. Las primeras horas nos regalaron un velo blanco que abrazaba las calles, las montañas y los techos humildes de nuestro pueblo. Era como si la tierra quisiera invitarnos a caminar despacio, a contemplar, a agradecer.
Luego, en el corazón de la escuela, la niebla se disipó para dar paso a la luz que habita en mis estudiantes. En sus rostros se dibujan la picardía y la inocencia, esa mezcla única que convierte cada clase en una aventura. Porque sí, debajo de cada lección hay una pausa, un juego, una risa compartida que también enseña. Aprendemos mientras nos divertimos, y en esa alegría se cultiva el respeto, la curiosidad y el compañerismo.
Para cerrar este pequeño recorrido visual, les comparto una imagen que guarda un mensaje profundo: no hace falta alzar la voz para mantener la calma y la atención en el aula. Today I want to open a window onto my day in San Miguel, that corner of fog and charm where each day begins with a sigh from nature. The early hours gifted us with a white veil that embraced the streets, mountains, and humble roofs of our town. It was as if the earth wanted to invite us to walk slowly, to contemplate, to give thanks.
Then, in the heart of the school, the fog dissipated to give way to the light that dwells in my students. Their faces are marked by mischief and innocence, that unique mixture that turns every class into an adventure. Because yes, beneath every lesson there is a pause, a game, a shared laugh that also teaches. We learn while we have fun, and in that joy, respect, curiosity, and camaraderie are cultivated.
To close this little visual tour, I share with you an image that holds a profound message: you don't have to raise your voice to maintain calm and attention in the classroom. Sometimes, well-guided silence, a steady gaze, and implicit affection are enough to sow harmony. Educating also means knowing how to breathe, observe, and trust.
