Am so attached to this particular local dish called ofe onubu, it's English name is (bitterleaf soup).
Ingredients that made up the soup are; meat, stockfish, dry fish, crayfish, pepper, ogiri, cocoyam, maggi, salt, palm oil and bitterleaf, it is preferred served hot, it can be eaten with Eva, garri or semo.
The soup has much nutritional benefits to the body, The cocoyam serves as thickener in the soup, which is good for a breast feeding mother which am a witness too. Then the bitterleaf serves as cleanser to the body system.
It a very delicious soup, you can't imagine the taste.
