An incredible day of work with my voice
It all began with a call from a friend asking me if I wanted to be part of the re-recording of a musical track in which he participated in his youth as a member of the boy band called "Los Chamos". Obviously, I said yes, yes to singing and providing my support as a vocal coach! It was a wonderful day that started at my friend's house, rehearsing the song. Later, we enjoyed some delicious homemade hamburgers, I gave some love to the beloved house kitten named Bruno, and we headed to the studio located in the same area.
It was a spectacular place with a lot of fascinating equipment. After getting to know each other, it was my turn to record first. I did the backing vocals and came up with some harmonies along the way. Then I helped my friend with the recording to make his voice sound great, and that's how the result turned out. We were all very happy. It was a surprise for me to realize that I was in an iconic studio in my city, where important bands like Caramelos de Cianuro, Los Mesoneros, Rawayana, Tomates Fritos, and individuals like Servando have recorded. It belongs to Ricardo Martínez, who is a recording engineer, a jury member at the Pepsi Awards, a former bassist of the Famasloop band, and has participated as an engineer in several Grammy Latino-nominated albums. He also became a new fan.
I am very happy and grateful for this small but significant story in my career that deserves to be told. Thank you for reading! I wish you much love!
