Ever since I got to know about the liketu frontend and started posting there, it has been so much fun and reading posts and viewing lovely pictures from the frontend was another thing I love about the frontend.
For those who don't know, posting directly to the liketu community may not be good but posting using the frontend is so ideal and I've brought to all who may had been finding it hard to understand how to post using the frontend.
I actually just got back from a chat with my friend who had mistakenly declined her rewards while trying to post using the frontend... We couldn't do anything even when we tried editing the post so I'll just have to show my little help this way by warning those who will be trying out the frontend for the first time.
1st Screenshot
I didn't bother having the frontend as an app on my phone, it stopped working so instead... I go through any other liketu posts and click on the link provided to visit the frontend. You can do same for easier access to the site.
3rd and 4th Screenshot
You sign in with your keys like you do on Hive clicking on where the arrow is pointed. If it refuses to click on, reload the page and try again... You might meet such difficulty, just in case.
4th screenshot
Once you're signed in, you click on the arrow where you signed in and you will go down to upload... More like a "Create post" on Hive.
5th Screenshot
Upload the images you want to share. Take note, it may not upload immediately but may be because you have a bit of a bad network so once it refuses to upload, reload the page and upload again.
6th Screenshot
For your tags like you do have in other frontend... Add your tags that categorizes your post.
7th Screenshot
This is the very possible place to make the mistake of declining your rewards for the post... More like you don't want to get rewards for it. So make sure to click on 100% before you proceed to the next step.
8th Screenshot
You can decide to save your post for later or post immediately, once the post sign shows bright colour (I think I'll call it a blue colour π) you are ready to post because it shows you've done all you need to do for that post.
And that is it, any more questions can come in... Maybe I missed a step or not, I hope this helps for newbies trying out this amazing frontend π
Thanks for reading!!!
