Greetings, dear friends. Last weekend I had the opportunity to attend a guided birdwatching workshop at the 'Parque Zool贸gico y Bot谩nico Bararida,' where a park ranger took us through various areas of the site to observe bird species found in the Barquisimeto area.
I managed to take several photographs that I want to share with you today. It is worth noting that they were taken using binoculars for support; that is why they appear close up when, in reality, these birds were several meters above the ground from where we observed them. Among these are the Td (Mimus gilropical Mockingbirvus), the Blue-gray Tanager (Thraupis episcopus), the Roadside Hawk (Rupornis magnirostris), and the Green-rumped Parrotlets (also known as Forpus, possibly Forpus passerinus).
