My colleagues and I thought it was unfair because the other departments are free for precisely the same reason, but we had to come in on orders from our boss. Previous weeks he has also made us come to work on Saturdays, even though our schedule is Monday through Friday. We feel that he does not respect our rest.

At the moment I find myself doing nothing here, since I always finish my work on time and leave everything up to date. What about you? Have you had bosses like mine? I have in my previous jobs, so I can say that I have learned to manage my patience and tolerance towards this kind of people. Although I must admit that sometimes I find it hard to keep quiet and express my feelings.

Holaa amigos, muy buenos días a todos, ¿Cómo amanecieron? Yo bien gracias a Dios. Se supone que hoy es día no laborable acá en la oficina por ser el día del trabajador público, pero nuestro jefe nos mandó a venir a trabajar...

A mis compañeros y a mi nos pareció injusto porque los demás departamentos están libres precisamente por lo mismo, pero nosotros si tuvimos que venir por órdenes de nuestro jefe. Semanas anteriores también nos ha hecho venir a trabajar los días sábados, aún cuando nuestro horario es de Lunes a Viernes. Sentimos que no respeta nuestro descanso.

Por los momentos me encuentro sin hacer nada acá, ya que mi trabajo lo termino siempre a tiempo y dejo todo al día. ¿Y a ustedes? ¿Les han tocado jefes así como el mío? A mi si en mis anteriores trabajos, así que puedo decir que he aprendido a manejar mi paciencia y tolerancia ante este tipo de personas. Aunque debo admitir que a veces me cuesta quedarme callada y expreso mi sentir.
