Hello friends, happy Tuesday to you all, I hope you had a great start to the week yesterday and this week is full of opportunities for all of you.
Today I woke up very happy because I feel that I am making a lot of progress with my exercises. As I mentioned before, I am preparing for a competition and I not only want to but also need to do my best. This week I won't be able to go to the park because I'm on my days but yesterday I trained very hard at home, and although I didn't have Milano by my side to correct some postures, I tried to focus 100% and do everything with good technique so that the exercises would stick.
Yesterday they were doing some renovations in the office and we had to move the equipment, so we were without internet for several hours. As I didn't have much to do after helping to move some things around, I took these selfies that I really liked.

Hola amig@s, feliz Martes para todos, espero que el día de ayer hayan tenido un gran inicio de semana y esta semana esté llena de oportunidades para todos ustedes.
Hoy amanecí muy feliz porque siento que estoy progresando mucho con mis ejercicios. Como mencioné anteriormente, me estoy preparando para una competencia y no solo quiero sino que también necesito dar lo mejor de mi. Esta semana no podré ir al parque porque estoy en mis días pero ayer entrené muy fuerte en casa, y aunque no tenía a Milano a mi lado para corregirme algunas posturas, traté de enfocarme al 100% y hacer todo con buena técnica para que me pegaran bastante los ejercicios.
El día de ayer estuvieron haciendo algunas remodelaciones en la oficina y tuvimos que cambiar de lugar los equipos, así que nos quedamos sin internet por varias horas. Como no tenía mucho que hacer después de haber colaborado con trasladar de sitio algunas cosas, me tomé estas selfies que me gustaron mucho.
